Default Brightest Halogen replacement bulb options??

I got these and installed them yesterday. I loved the color but they were slightly less bright than the OEM halogens. http://www.autoanything.com/lights/73A5246A0A0.aspx

I'm looking at what halogen bulb i could get that would either be the same or brighter than OEM, and mimic HIDs. I know HIDs are incomparable but I'm not looking in that direction.

what about these??
Amazon Amazon

Thanks for all the help guys!!

Philips Diamond Vision 5000K. I have used it on my Mercedes C300 and couldn't more satisfied with it. The color is pure white and it has been trouble free for over 3 1/2 years.

It's hard to find one in North America since it's not widely distributed here as compared to Asia and Europe.

I got mine from ipmart.com

I don't remember correctly but Philips does not bring them to North America, they need to be imported.

They can be obtained from CL Forum Vendor Nigel-JDMParts however. That's where I gotten mine from.

HIR either by Phillips or Toshiba...you'll have to do a simple modification to the tabs though

Do you remember if the packaging looks like this?

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/GENUINE-Phili...item3a72ee5fcd

Trying to avoid buying fakes.

12V 55W is standard for our cars right?

Yup the packaging looks exactly the one in the link. And yes for non HID it's H11 12V 55W.

Be careful of fakes. There's plenty out there.

Philips or PIAA. Silverstars are pretty bright but burn out quickly.

We have had tremendous success with the Osram Night Breaker Plus bulbs.
