Heatshield over exhaust tips?

Heatshield over exhaust tips?
Is there a heatshield that goes over the exhaust tips in the back? My mechanic says there is supposed to be a heatshield that goes over each one but I can't seem to find the lexus part for it anywhere online or any diagram showing these heatshields?
