Rim question
I just bought a Black on black 07 IS250 and am looking into getting rims for it.
I was initally thinking about going with Linea Corse 818 19's but ive since changed my mind to WORK CR-Kai 18's. I think the 18's will look much better when i slam it on its nuts with Tein coils and put a carbon fiber lip all around (plus i have brand new Toyo Proxies all around that would be nice to be able to transfer to the new rims).
Question is: What is the exact rim size i need for the IS250 (offset and whatnot)?
Thanks guys/gals
After a massive variation of random cars and bikes, im glad to be a part of the Lexus club finally.

Welcome! I have a black on black too and the Emotions were actually one of the wheels I was considering!
As for wheel size, I don't think there really an "exact" size. It all depends on the person. You can go staggered (wider width in the back), which is what OEM wheels are, I believe. Or you can just go same specs all aroud.
All in all, I think it really depends on the person. If you want more poke but more chance of rubbing, you can get lower offsets an wider wheels. I think lower offset also gives you more concavity? Not sure about thay ._. And if you wanna be more conservative, get higher offsets!

There's no 'exact' size for wheels on these cars, or any car for that matter. Some guys are running 8" wide, and I've seen others with 11". Talk to your local shop about fitments for the Emotions and how you want it to look. My last set was 8.5" in the front and 10" in the back. The Emotions only fit to 18", which is smaller than what most guys (and girls) are running. 19's are the norm.
Look through this thread to see what kind of fitments are being set up on the 2IS:
