No, it's not dependent on that. Even if it was... it's not comparable to what the front tires are experiencing compared to the rear in terms of friction. Can easily replicate testing your own hand.
What is happening when you steer the car and turning? You're changing the camber, which is variable camber. The rear does not steer so the cambers is fixed, it does not change.

it depends on the driver, fwd the front tires will wear because of turning, but back will not. rwd the back could wear as fast as the front if you constantly burn rubber, and awd will probably run a little even because theres not the pull and turning of the front tires as much
Since I've driven all three drivetrains for general street use, it has always been the fronts.

I have put on Primacy MXM4's on my '13 IS250 AWD. So far I cannot complain. They have relatively low road noise on the highway and handle road bumps better. So far put only 1000 miles on them so will update at 10,000 mile mark.
