Hey guys
Question about the fly audio 2nd gen unit. First off I want to say this is an amazing unit.

Now my question:
Is it possible to put a fly audio unit in a IS350 that doesn't have an existing Navigation unit and have it work flawlessly? How hard is it to do this swap, is it just a plug n play process like if you are switching from the stock navi to flyaudio? Thanks guys hope to hear back soon.

I have the first gen but yes that's the idea. The factory harness plugs right in. You'll have a iPod connector, a USB connector, gps antenna, and blu tooth to route though. That's it.

Oh ok that's not to bad. The only function you don't have is the steering wheel controls?

Go into the settings and check the settings you have for steering controls. Mine work just fine.
And this unit is plug and play if going from NO-Navi. not sure how it would be for someone that has a stock navi. PM me if you have any questions on install or backup cam install.

Thanks and will do im thinking about installing a backup camera and a front camera I saw a guy who had both and the front camera was on a switch so when you parking you dont hit the curb and its a nice lil feature when your driving.
