Default Relay flasher

Can you tell me how did you know the relay to use? I’m thing of changing my headlights on my 2008 Lexus is350. I assume since you changed the headlights your using a relay that’s not normally meant for your car. So how did you know the right relay that’s not typical for your car.

I think it's just the corresponding flasher relay for the MY 2011+

Default Headlights.

I received new headlights, however it has 2 connectors . My original headlights has only 1 connector. Did your new headlights have more connections than the original?

Disregard the msg below. I found that the connector had to be disconnected from my auto leveling function motors

Default Gasket?

So I purchased the 12' headlights and new ballasts from theretrofitsource. There looks like a groove in the headlight's housing, between the housing and ballasts for a gasket. can anyone verify? Thx!

yes there is a rubber ring gasket between ballast and housings.

<br />Are you familiar with the black plastic pueces, that sit on the bottom of the headlights? I believe they hold the front of the bumper. I think they need to be trimmed

yes, unless you want to buy OEM 2011+. The guide on this thread shows you how to cut 2006-2010.

I replaced the green relay with the suggested brown relay, and still fast blinkers. Anyone?
