2011 LED Headlight Bypass Help

So when you turn on your head lights, it dims the LED running lights. Anyone out here done a conversion or Bypass to keep the LED lights running at the same Brightness?

I see people writing things about headlights but nothing about adjust Original headlights to do this. Is there a DIY for it
