I have a 2011 with nav, when I dont have the phone plugged in and playing through BT, I can control music right from the phone. When it's plugged in and on BT I can't control anything but forward or back from the radio itself, when it's USB I can control it all but it's sooooo slow scrolling through the radio. Anyway at all to control it through phone even when plugged in?

you can only control it when plugged into AUX, iPod will directly be controlled through nav screen and BT-A is through the phone.
