With 15watt bulbs, it might not cause a heat issue but it may be worthwhile to find some heavy duty harnesses. But regardless, a 15watt HID bulb will generate less heat than a 15watt halogen (efficiency ftw). But keep in mind, HID's need an initial surge of power to ignite the arc in order to begin producing light BEFORE steadying off and producing light. This is my concern. I don't believe the heat will be an issue but I fear a strain on the wiring and fuses. I'd keep a good eye on it.
