Brake Jerk while turning?

Noticed earlier that when turning the car from under a car port with the foot lightly on the brake, the car jerks, is that the ABS? You can feel it in the pedal its almost feels like the car has hit a bump..

Its when its in drive and taking the turn under 5 MPH.. It feels like the pedal kicks and the tires are hitting a large rock or a bump in the road (not the case, i went out and looked)
