just cause you drive a lexus dosent mean you want to waste money on tires or pass up a great deal for some added performance gain you will never see in a daily driver situation which is what the OP is asking. Yes they fit, no they wont mess anything up. Tires will be fine for now- later I recommend 235/40/18 but please DO a search and see if other guys went thinner or thicker, im all for a 245 around for a nice ride but you might get a little rub.

PM me your email and ill send a pic over.

As long as it's the right stuff, it's not a waste.

I'm still not sure about the OEM 50mm offset on using 8.5" with the being used the front would be some concern. Jeff Lange or other members may know.

If I looked at Work's Japan's recommendation, it's 8.5 front with offset of 42mm.

18x8.5 +50mm should fit the front pretty much like stock. Most of the extra width will go inwards (11mm), but that is a pretty small amount.

Just wanted to update this thread as my 2 oem front wheels were bent and one was cracked and curb rashed to hell. I finally came across a pair of mint condition matching 18" split 5 spoke wheels for $60! Catch was they were for the back. The extra half inch made it come pretty close to the A-arm so we added an 1/8" space and bam I was good to go. My wheels must have been really bent, because the ride is much smoother.
