Default Wheels for lexus is

Looking at getting new rims for my lexus is...but i want to try and get 18 inch rims all around and keep my same tires to save some money...is that possible? Or do I have to get new tires as well with new rims...

You have to get new tires. Assuming yours is 17", it's not going to fit an 18" wheel.

As if it's RWD, you probably may not want to go all around 18 since it needs to be staggered wheels. You could do the same all around including tires for RWD if you want but it's going to look a bit funny, and possibly throwing the ODO off.

if you have oem 18's, i don't see a problem with reusing your tires as long as they're for 18" wheels.

oem 18" wheels run 8" wide up front and 8.5" wide in the rear. you can do an 8.5"-wide all-around square set-up. 9"-wide square set-up is probably pushing it in terms of wheel width for 225/40-18's.
