V-LEDs are pretty well appraised on this site, and they are definitely the brightest.
Here's a helpful LED replacement guide when purchasing from V-LEDs

Holy crap, precisionled.com has the full package for $35 right now. I'm about to see if I can cancel my order with superbrightleds and get these.

The Sewell kit does not include the pry tools to get the lights out much easier, especially the map lights if I am correct. Do not use a flat screw drive, going to scratch up the plastic in the process. Get the Precision LED tools.
What I did for myself was get JLC LED's and got the Precision LED tools.
5000K is probably the closest to stock LEDs (like your license plate and interior reading lights). 6000K is white with a hint of blue, 5000K is more or less pure white.
Personally, I prefer V-LEDs because I like my LEDs as bright as possible. I've also heard good things about Precision LED and JLC. I'm not a fan of Sewell's kit because they're too dim for my taste and, at least anectodally, have a high failure right.
