ill be the first one to say it, and then follow by a huge majority of people. Hankooks evo v12. There are multiple reviews online where they perform almost as well as the Michelin but for half the price

Don't waste your money on tires that cost WAY too much for what you'll probably use them for. I got the Hancook Ventus V12. REAL close in comparison and way cheaper.

don't spend money on xpensive tires... just find something within the 300 treadwear ratings and decent price...

Nobody running 20" wheels will get any value out of bleeding-edge tires like the super sports compared to the 90% of the performance for 50% of the price tires like the Hankooks

Hankooks are mislabeled, they have no performance at all.
What Nittos did you have?

The car and driver test was wrong.
Kurtz is right about 20s and performance.

What tire sizes you looking into?

And you have what evidence to support this?

Because C&D has some detailed track testing showing them kicking the crap outta virtually everything else.. including MIchelin Pilot Sport 2s

Actual experience with both the EVO and PS2.

The Evo was sloppy, way to soft. Not a max performance tire, maybe a good touring tire.
Is it ok for the average person sure but there are better options.
Continental DW ia way better.

Car and Driver is bias, just look at the way they drool at BMW and VW.
