how to keep leather from aging?
I have never owned a new car with leather. My previous car was an evo and the owner didn't take care of the leather part from aging and wrinkling. Now in the IS the seats are the same way. Leather on the side cushion and suede in the middle. How would CL member take care of this scenario? Thanks!

If you keep the leather clean and conditioned with a good cleaner and conditioner, it should last a long time. Leather is animal skin with natural oils that dry out over time, so it is only natural to recondition it with a good conditioner to keep it from drying out and cracking.

I clean my leather with a 10:1 or 15:1 dilution of water and Woolite in a spray bottle. Then follow that up with the Lexol conditioner. Autozone sells the Lexol but I also saw it at the Lexus dealer.
I've used the Lexus brand conditioner and so far my leather has barerly changed it's appearance since new. I'm very happy thus far. Main thing is to keep it clean. I wipe off dust and any grime every week or two with a clean, damp towel and that makes a big difference. You're not supposed to add the conditioner unless you've cleaned the leather. Also consult the IS owner's manual, as Lexus goes through the trouble to say what they think is best for their own car.
Also be mindful of when you get in and out of the car. We rarely think about this, but most wear occurs as we slide in and out and rub the bolsters and surfaces. Plant one foot on the carpet, grab onto the wheel, and try to skip above the seat instead of scraping ontop of it before you plop down. Same with getting out. Do your best not to pivot while your butt is still on the seat. This will make a big difference over the years for wear.
