A coworker who owns a 2007 BMW 328 told me before he bought his BMW, he test drove an IS250 and he was disappointed with IS250's cheap interior so he got the BMW instead.

In my case, aside from BMW reliability issues, the boring interior of the 3-series was one of the reasons I chose IS250. I love IS250's interior especially the dash and the instrument cluster.

When I got my car one ofy friends said it was a Camry with a "L" on it.

Someone said you got a chick car...

I've gotten the "you car is soo cute" from at least three girls, one "I liked your truck better" from a friend, and a "oh you bought an is250? My sister almost bought that car" from my room mate in his I-4 accord... Haters gunna hate!

I was at a stop light next to a lifted Dodge truck.

His comment, said jokingly: "nice car.....would be better if it was a 4x4"

My comment: "that's my other car"

I was considering replying with a bash toward Dodge preference vs Ford or Chevy, but I didn't want him crushing my car

Oh, and another, although it is mod related:

My co-worker (a big BMW fan) who jokingly commented that I've got BMW style rims (ie- M3 comp coupe)

LOL........that comment, and him trying to convince me to purchase a BMW next.

Jokingly, my brother says its just an expensive Camry. He has a 2011 Camry.

Other than that I have yet to get a real negative. My in-laws didn't even complain about the lack of rear seat leg room actually. But perhaps that's because they are even shorter than me. Lol!

Worst? "You make to much money."

This is mod related but it seems like many people have just been mentioning insults rather than insulting compliments anyways.

I get that ALL the time from my family. The comment usually goes something like this "Why would you lower your car?!? Now it looks like a ghetto Mexican is driving it, you ruined your Lexus..." (no offense to Mexican people, just reffering to that cheap modded car stereotype)

I hope others dont view my car like that
