New owner here
Just wanted to introduce myself and also say thanks for the responses I received on my first post where I asked for opinions on a the 06 IS250 listed at a local dealer. I went to see the car and it was beat all to hell, I'm pretty sure it was probably rained in for a week and someone tried to spray paint the interior. The car did drive awesome though, so I was sold on the car but not on that particular one.
I searched for a few more days and was able to get a great deal on an 08 IS250 with Nav in another state for $20k. The car looks and drives brand new. I'm pretty picky so this was very important to me; It was worth the 4 hour drive.
I'm loving my purchase and can't wait to do a few mods. I plan to do the LED conversion and tint the windows first. I have to think about what else I'll do from there.
Oh yeah my previous car was a Mazda RX8. Great car, sold it at 106k miles and never had a problem with it... well after the recalls and everything. Another great car, but I had to move on.
