We have electronic lsd if I am not mistaking no mechanical LSD on 250 or 350, only the IS-F has mechanical LSD and the newer models not sure if was 2011 when they started ...car still hooks off the line if driven correctly

Yes it is but then if you're planning on using the same pumpkin it's going to cost more than buying a new pumpkin because of the labor involved of taking the pumpkin off and opening it to swap it out and put it back in.

Another alternative which can be cheaper is to buy the IS 300 pumpkin, then all one needs to do is to get the new carrier (ie. OS Giken), and swap it in with the stock. It simplies things because all the tech needs to do is to swap pumpkins now.

Note that only works for the IS250.

the 350 uses a different size. Your only options there would be one of the stupidly expensive aftermarket diffs, or possibly an IS-F one (which is also gonna be stupidly expensive unless you find one in a junkyard or something)
