Strange noise

2007 IS250 AT

There is a strange sound coming from the engine bay, it drives normal, no engine lights saying anything is wrong. Thinking it might be a water pump issue, has anyone else had this issue.

What kind of noise exactly? There's a variety of things a noise can sound like
