Default trunk lid liner clips

I want to change my stock bulbs to LEDs.
The clips that hold the trunk lid liner aren't the same as the engine cover clips.
How do they they come off and are they able to be put back?
Do I pry them out with a screwdriver?Do they then push back in?

They have to be pried out. Preferably pull as straight as you can, they'll go back in once or twice, after that you may want to consider replacing them, as they won't hold as well as they used to.

I replaced mine with push-button style clips that are reusable and easier to take out, Lexus part number 90467-07117.

I also found that you can simply push the liner from the inside as well and it will make the clips come out as well without actually touching the actual clips!

Just need to put your hand underneath and close to where the clip is and start pushing down on the liner carefully so it begins to unclip itself. I only need to take one one clip (each side) for each reverse light and done.

Thanks,Guys.
I pried the clip out a bit and used a pliers type tool to jiggle the clips out.I took 2 out on each side.
Change the bulbs to LED and just pushed the clips back in.They seem to be tight.
I found them on Sewell's site just in case they get loose or I'll go to the engine clip type.

The trunk clips are part #9046708186C0
