Default winter tire sizeeeee. need help

Hi.
I have a 2010 Is250 which is oem 225/45r17 front and 245/45/R17 rear.
I was looking for winter tires and came across a 4set of 215/55R16 with steel rims 5 lug 4.5 inch or 114.3mm High Positive Offset . Will these fit both front and rear for my car?
It's hard to find the exact tire size and I dont have much money to spend on new tires and rims so thought maybe this would be a better option. Winter isn't very long where I live.
help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

There is also a 16" option but it is only for the 250.

17 x 8 JJ, 45mm (both AWD/RWD)
18 x 8 JJ 45mm (both AWD/RWD)
18 x 8.5 JJ 50mm (RWD's rear)

Here is a pic of Canada's 16" stock MT when they had it.

I've spent a while looking for the right car from the Genesis to a three series BMW as well as G37 and 350Z. I just happened to fall upon a beautiful starfire pearl is250 at a Lexus dealership and drove her off the lot a week later! Although I have already done a few things to my car I joined in hopes to learn so much more and check out other people's whips! I'm in for an exciting ride

Here is my baby

These are not updated pics. I will post them later on tonight! The future looks bright for this car..

Yeah, RWD's with 16's used 205/55R16's all around, nothing on the car is different. I run 205/50R17's for the winter on all 4 corners of my RWD (stock is the staggered 17's). It work's pretty well, but does look a bit funky.
