Default IS250 total shut down while driving?

I have a 06 IS250-awd, while driving over the wknd my cel and vsc light came on, i took the car to auto zone to scan it gave me Code: P0705?? after leaving there my car was slamming into drive and reverse, i had no signals,no power steering, all my abs,air bag, cel,4wd, lights were flashing then the entire dash/gauges when black, the needles started jumping out of control and i had to coast the car in N just to get it home, very very terrifying experience!!

Had the car towed to the dealer, who said when they got it the next day, no lights were on and its driving just fine????? I asked about the P0705 code i recieved when i scanned it something about a transmission circuit sensor failure? they proceeded to tell me it was a old code from 20k ago that just wasnt cleared?? yet nothing was fixed on the car relating to that 20k ago??
Im afraid to drive my car again and am wondering tomorrow when im supposed to go get it because they cant seem to find anything, if i should push for them to replace the sensor to see if that saves me from almost getting into another accident because the car just shuts down!!
Any suggestions??? thanks!

And the answer to your guys's question is Seafoam. Used it on my S2000 before that I ran up to 140k. Did its job and even improved my gas mileage
