Question rear locks and trunk lock, wont open

It first started with the rear passenger lock not working, then a couple of weeks later the driver side rear door lock broke also. I have to manually open the lock form inside, and now the trunk wont open with the remote or the button on the dash. Has anyone experience this before? I have an apt at the dealership tomorrow, hope warranty covers this. Its just strange how my locks are slowly breaking???

I don't know about your rear locks, but your issue with the trunk sounds like the valet lockout switch. Have you checked to make sure that either you or a curious passenger didn't accidentally press the valet lockout for the trunk? The valet lockout switch is located in the glovebox.

You have warranty and since you have an appointment, have the tech. or the service person try to fix the issue. I hope your serviced rep. is a cool guy who knows what the issue might be first hand and fixes it before it gets to the tech. Some dudes are not such good service rep. and won't try to help you no matter how simple the issue might be. Check batteries car/keyless remote. Who knows. Maybe is just a power issue. Dealer should be able to check this for you.NO CHARGE!!

good luck
