Sticky Dash

I have a sticky dash in my IS 250 2007. Any cost effective way to get that fixed ?

You could have prevented it by using a sun shade every time you park, tinting the windows, closing the moon roof sun shade and trying to park in a garage or in the shade. There is no cheap way to fix it.
