Default Aerotect overlays question.

Hi you all I have the headlights overlays and planing on paint my roof this sunday and they will put the car after painting on the oven, i was wondering if I should remove the overlays? or if they will hold the heat and not melt at all? I dont know how hot its in there. Thanks...

I would remove them man, just to be cautious... but since Aerotect does uses a durable high quality vinyl I wouldn't be surprise if they make thru..

I would remove them, although are you sure they are using a booth and hot directed heat lamps? If they are directed heat lamps you should be ok.

However, i would ask the shop and tell them you hold them responsible. If they say they should be removed, then I would talk to my insurance company and make it part of the claim (assuming that it was done on an insurance Claim). If it melts on the lamps, that would not be covered and might drip onto your bumper!!!!
