How do i remove this?

Question for ya'll, how can i remove these plastic things besides the fog lights?

I used a small flat head screw driver to take mine off... Its not pretty underneath, so I put mine right back on.

Thanks for your answer, I as afraid that I had to remove the whole bumper. My intentions are not to remove them permanently, I just want to paint them.

thhey pop off real easy and should pop right back in but i did it with my bumper off not on...

So did you pop them from behind the bumper? I want to try to remove them using a screw driver. Just have to be careful not to scratch the paint.

I used a paint can opener with the curved tip from the outside of the bumper....it popped right out with no paint damage.

Thanks to all! i removed them and painted them already. It was quite easy to do i just didn't want to break something.
