Default Help!? Hood does not align with fender.

Help!? Hood does not align with fender.
Ok... I still can't figure out why one of my fenders is higher than the hood so basically doesn't align while the other one seems to be perfectly fine besides that one part where it's a tiny little bit lower.. So my question is...

Is there a way to adjust the hood height wise like lower or higher it on sides or are these supports not being quiet the same on both sides affect the height of the fenders in any way?

there are two rubber things that the hood sits on under the hood which you can turn to adjust the height (its on the plastic engine cover). i'm not sure what it is called, but it worked for me. i'll try to find a picture of it.

I have the same problem. I thought it was from me rubbing the fender.

i have the same problem, the rubber stoppers do help to make it fit, but i assume you have the same problem as me where you need to slam your hood in order for it to close (then the stoppers go down).

Try adjusting these rubber stoppers by twisting them. Counterclockwise=up, clockwise=down. The front corners of the hood rests on this to level it with the fender.

I had that same issue, then someone pointed out at a meet that you can adjust it lol. It's one of those things nobody else really notices you but you and it bugs the crap out of you when you look at it...haha

Oh you didn't mention your car was hit.. that's a different story where other factors come to play such as did the bodyshop do a good job replacing/fixing things back or close to factory spec?

The bumpers at the outer edges adjust the height to the fender. Moving the latch in the center adjusts the gap across the front.
