Default DRL Problems

So today I noticed on my IS350 that when my low beams came on (HID) the driver side DRL didn't come on. However, the passenger side seems to be operating just fine.

If I turned on the high beam, both sides light up and seems to be operating normally. In the morning, both sides light up as well...

So does anyone have any idea what might be the cause of this? Is it just a bad bulb that needs replacing or is something going haywire with the wiring/fuse?

Thanks for all the help.

When your low beams are on, your drl shouldn't come only city/parking lights. It could be a wiring problem. Your drls are your highbeams except they operate at 30% rather than 100%

You're probably talking about your parking lights, not DRLs. One of them probably burned out. You can swap them to make sure it's not the wiring or something else.
