Hey guys just picked up my new-to-me IS350. Has everything but navi and lip spoiler. Only problem is that the front bumper is pretty chipped up. I've been quoted to get it resprayed for $450 but was thinking that I could maybe just get it replaced for that much. Any ideas on which I should do? It's black/black by the way.

 

Does that price include taking the bumper off to paint it or just masking? I was quoted $650 to paint and fill in license plate holes. Too much. I'm getting a new one for $450 painted from Sewell.
