welcome to CL...I have a black manual. Just know that the maunual is NOT a smooth racing type of stick. I hear the tranny is a modified Tacoma transmission. I have the F Sport short shifter and that helped reduce the throw a bit, but not even close to my Civic with a short shifter. If you can, you'd be better off with a 350 in auto cause it's QUICK!

You heard it from the boss himself! Now go enjoy your burger, fries, and coke while driving... Something Sffd103 can't achieve because hes too busy shifting gears in traffic. =)

the truth, I also have an ISlow50 (250) manual. Truth of the matter is that these cars have **** cup holder compartments compared to an XB, and even more so in a manual tranny..... you may truly miss them if you like eat your face off in the car. Your better off with the 350 AUTO or AUTO in general, 350 if u like to actually have fun.

The 250 MT sucks also, whenever you start the car it sounds like marbles rolling around under your hood, not to mention as SFFd103 mentioned it is in fact a modified TRUCK tranny. A ford focus with manual transmission feels more sportier then this. If sport is what your looking to gain for a manual transmission I'd recommend staying away from it.
