I recently bought a rear diffuser from a club member and I am having a little difficulty installing it. I have an 08 is with the gfx rear and it doesnt seem to be able to screw into the actual bumper. I was thinking about just drilling into the big square plastic piece right below the bumper but I didnt want to mess anything up. Can i do this? I just dont want to drill into anything and cause damage to my car. please help!!! I put some doublesided tape on it to secure it for the meantime, but I just dont know what else to do other than drilling into that big plastic piece under the car, is this where the gas goes?

 

nevermind!!! I just screwed it in anyways. hahaha turns out the only thing that would have been affected was the spare tire. :-p
