Second that. The F-Sport springs are designed to work with the F-Sport Shocks. It will work with OEM shocks, but they will wear out faster. You'll notice the ride difference after a while...
You can do a search on it... there are a few threads in the Suspension Sub-Forum with people using Springs only and then the ride quality suffered later. OEM shocks couldn't compensate for the higher spring rate.

I would get them as a pair or go with coilovers.

Good to know, seems necessary to get both springs and shocks.
I know you're new but the first thing I'd do is get rid of your headlights. They'll just bubble and peel.
Lucky for you I have some 2006 headlights that we can trade each other.
