my parents made me take my light tint off because it was too dark (i had them painted), but i really want to do something to my tail lights (not just red them out) so i started messing around with my black tape...

I left the break lights red so maybe my parents would think its ok haha

and sorry about the quality i had to use electrical tape

That's original and might look good if you paint them completely black . Interested in seeing what they will look like.

 

Does it look good up close? What about your turn signals too? Not bad but the stock looks better.

I think stock looks better ... If you want to do something have you thought of going with a light smoke tint? You can paint or use pre cut film...

I am thinking about painting it because it comes out way cleaner and way darker than film i just wanted to do something different that would still be like "somewhat legal" because non of the break lights are covered and my reverse light isnt either..Im going to tape both lights tomorrow so i can see what it would actually look like better.

and dont worry i dont drive with the tape on i took it off right after i took these pictures :P
