Just saying that its unacceptable for a new luxury car to have things falling off in the drivers side footwell...these things should be more well secured
As others have said, Lexus isn't going to give any additional compensate aside from replacing the dead pedal.
I blow 2 brand new tires because of a tire defect... (part was my fault for street racing). Anyway, my car flipped twice (rolled 720 degrees)... almost died. I called a lawyer to sue Bridgestone, since I wasn't dead or crippled... the lawyer said forget it.
Sad truth... you have to have physical damage done to you or your car to get compensated.
