I had deal with Boris Rojas @ Delirium Motorsport LLC (www.delirium-motorsports.com) because I order both CP Piston & Pauter Rod for my car.

I had ship both oem piston & rod to them and also make a payment in full via Bank wired-transfer ($2,250) on the first week of January 2011.

Boris Rojas, the staff at delirium quote the lead time for 4-8 weeks. But until now, they do not ship out my order and do not answer my e-mail or phone.

Then I tried to contact both CP and Pauter for this problem and found that Delirium Motorsport never ship my oem parts of 4GR-FSE or put any order with them.


Could you please recommend how to solve with them. I had tried to call them for several time but nobody pickup the phone and also do not answer my e-mail.

I need some help from any member of CL who live in FL.

I would so help you if I live closer but it's like a 3hr drive for me. There are some members here that live in Orlando area, hopefully they'll see this thread and swing by to that shop. I hope you'll get this resolved, that's a lot of money right there plus your piston & rod. Good luck.

I had scan and attach the bank wired-transfer of $2,250 with this post to proof that I had make payment in advance.

All OEM parts that I ship to them were NIB.

 

Before I get in the middle of this why don't you try to call him now. We know he is there. Try to call him then let me know what he says.

Yesterday, Boris had sent an e-mail back to me.

He explain that the machine shop that did a lot of work for him was closed down. The name of the place was Speed Clinic.

A custome set of CP Piston was finished and also available on hand but he had to take my oem rods back from them and ship directly to Pauter Company for make a custom order for me.


Then he gonna firstly ship the CP Piston to me and ask me to desired choice between refund the deposit of Pauter Rod & oem rod back or just let him finished the order.



What should I do? Can I believe in him and give him a chance again?
