Simple way open you hood. Turn on your light if you hear a buzzing sound you have hid.

Or if you see them kind of warm up a little before becoming bright, then they're HID's.

Even simpler way-

1. Does your car have memory seats? If yes you have HIDs.

If no and it's an 06 then you don't... if no and it's an 07+ go to step 2.

2. Use the switch that looks like <o> to the lower left of the steering wheel. Do you have an option for AFS ON/OFF? If yes you have HIDs, if not you don't.

Updating Kurtz' post:

Does your car have memory seats? If yes, you have HIDs.
Is your car a 2011 IS250 F-Sport or any IS350? If yes, you have HID's.

Otherwise:

1. If it's a 2006, you do not have factory HID's.

2. If it's a 2007-2010, use the < o > switch on the dash on the left side of the steering wheel and cycle through. If you have an option for AFS ON/OFF, you have factory HID's. If not, you don't.

3. If you have a 2011 and you don't have LED DRL's, you do not have factory HID's.

2006's have HID's only if you have memory seats, they were optioned together. 07 and up you can order them separately, though they also still came with other option packages as well.
