Default Interior Differences Help: 06-08 and 09-up

I'm planning on getting a set of carbon fiber overlays for the interior pieces: all 4 door switches, center console (shifter) and cup holder cover, and ashtray cover. I only want to cover the wood pieces with the carbon fiber overlays.

From looking at this thread:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...nd-09-2is.html

I can't tell if any of these pieces have changed.

So does anyone one know if the overlay kits for the 06-08 will fit the 09-up models for the pieces I mentioned above?

there is no difference in any of the pieces you mention. The only difference will be seen on the vents, and the screen around the navi. All the wood pieces should have remained exactly the same

06-08 door switch overlays won't fit. The front door switches/panels are different. The center console and I think rear door switches/panels are the same.

Wrong.

Right.

Another option would be to get a "fake" CF fabric (vCarbon, 3M DiNOC, etc.) and wrap your interior pieces yourself.

Some people are actually removing the pieces and wrapping them off the car and then putting them in. Seems to make it a lot more clean and easy to work with. If your not afraid to pull em off, might wanna try it! You can do it without the precut stuff if you do it this way too.
