Wheel covers!! QUESTION!

how do wheel covers work? can someone show me if they have it on their is?? something similar to a matte black cover.. how does it work? pls help me!! thanks alot!

Wheel covers are for steel wheels. They snap onto the outer lip.

I used to cover my wheels with newspaper because the neighbors little dog would come and pee on them in the mornings.

Me thinks he means a cover between the wheel and the hub/brake caplier, to help with the dust.

I've only ever seen them on DONKs really, and I guess they work...but do they look good? No.
