Default Dashboard Sinking

I just noticed today that the area where the dashboard meets the windshield has sunken down. It's only sinking in front of the gauge cluster "bubble". Has anyone ele had this issue and remedied it?

I'm going to remove the cluster and see if I can push it back up. Is there a DIY for removing the cluster?

Do you mind taking a picture so we see what's wrong and offer the advice?

My guess is that it probably got warped from the sun light and heat. If that's the case, I don't think it can be pushed back.

Perhaps something can be inserted underneath to push it back a little.

Is your car exposed to a lot of sunlight?

Same here but it's on both sides and it looks even. If you look closely, you should see some vents for the defroster. Try sitting in your passenger seat to see the sag on the passenger side.

Checked it out and the passenger side is right where is should be, and the drivers side is sunken in.

You must have a350 with that MPG you ever sit anything there while it was super hot? I put my sunshade up religiously to try to delay things like this. Doesnt look bad though

If you're still under the original warranty, this should be covered.

I was waiting for someone to comment on my mpg . But no, I do not sit anything there, ever.

I am about 11k out of the original warranty, and I'm assuming it's not covered under CPO warranty.

^ Probably not, but it's worth asking. I recommend going to several different dealerships and asking, in person, about it (ideally when you need some other kind of service done). Don't let them write you up for the complaint either or they'll see you've tried asking multiple dealerships.

I need to do the fuel pressure sensor recall so maybe I'll ask them when I go in for that.
