i want get risk of the drl yellow.i want get the 5k bulb.my question is im just need replace the bulb or do i also need to get the convertion kit to work with 5k bulb?because i know the original drl only 4300.Thanks anyone help me out

it will still look yellow. DRLs run at 30% power, you will only get the 5k look when its at 100% power or changing to LEDs, but that will remove the high beams.

Are you going to replace it with another halogen or LED?

Halogen bulbs will be just a straight replacement while if you go LED, you have to get the module so it doesn't flicker and it'll run at 100% power.

Has anyone ever done halogen with module so high beams = DRL? :P

Yes but no matter which bulb you get, it'll be running on half power so it's not going to be pure white.

Only way to get 5000k to look like 5000k is LEDS with module.

No, you don't need the relay harness.

Just get the LED bulbs and the modules.

You will need 9006 bulbs for the fogs.

9005 = DRL/High beam
9006 = Fog

You don't need module for the fogs since it'll always be running at 100% power.

I decided to go yellow HIDs for my fogs.

the vleds drl upgrade with module will only work in the off and city lights position. once the headlights are on the regular DRL's come back on.....or thats what happens with mine.
