I'm currently looking for 18" wheels to get but not sure what one to get it for RWD. Trying to think of getting one that looks like OEM, or I could go with something else aftermarket. Any recommendations?

Also, what offsets should I be looking at? I think for 18" it's 45mm? Not sure since on Sewell it looks like it's listed that way but not sure for the Hyper Silver one on the F-Sport car since it's not listed.

I would personally go with some weds sa55m in bbm. But if you want oem, I would look for a set of gs350/430 rims or go get the oem reps from that one company that makes the reps for like 450 for the non chrome ones

As for offset, it depends how crazy you want to go and your drop

 

y not just get some nice aftermarket wheels?

 

18x8 35et sport edtions. basically they're G37 reps in the 18" version

 

Oh, sorry that's what I am looking for - just clairifed the opening post. I'm always open to other designs other than OEM looking for aftermarket.

My concern is sort of the offsets if I find a wheel with the same offsets with an OEM wheel. If I use different offets, would it affect the car's characteristics and behavior.

 

no it wont. stock offset is 45, mine are 35 and its fine. the wider you go you do risk fender rubbing if you are low and rubbing while turning the wheel all the way. I would say my fronts are almost flush with the fender and my rears are sunkin in a bit. spacers would fix that but I dont really want to deal with that.

Both of them have ranged offsets so it looks like I could specify exactly the offets I am looking for.

The other question, which "disk" is the one I should be getting? They list "A", "O" and "R" which I am not familar with. What disk does Lexus use for their wheels?

For the Wed's which one? One that catches my interest is the TC105N and SA-70. Question I have is, which offets to get? I notice in both of the models, there is a pic of the IS350 using them but do not know which one was selected.

What kind of drop do you have? A dish style 18" wheel is going to look small on the car. Thats why I went with full face. The only way you can pull off an 18" wheel on our cars is if you are perfectly dropped on coils like I am.

 

Work wheels' line of 18" wheels are very nice on the level of looks, structure, weight, and price.

Look into the Emotion 11R and XT7. They will run you about $1600-$1800 depending on which distributor you deal with.

 

Right now, I do not have the car yet (the one I really want), but I am currently in the works of getting one and have my sights on this the F-Sport IS250.

I do not have any plans to pull a drop but just getting all the ducks in a row so I know what to get once I get the car.

Which distributor is recommended? I used the search and it selected the closest one which is in the Maple Ridge, BC Canada.

 

Oh damn you're in Canada. There's one in Long Island, NY that really works with you. I'm sure they can have it shipped to Canada. His name is Mark at RavSpec.

 

In a way, I have two places, so it can be also be shipped to WA as well, so if in fact it is cheaper at NY, I order from there instead when the time comes.
