Default Car Got Keyed... Again

Hey guys, so basically I woke up this morning and walked to my car to get something out and noticed on my passenger side front door, there was a long white streak. At first I thought it was dirt or something, but after taking a closer look I knew it was a key mark. The only place I went last night was a restaurant AND even parked close to the entrance. The key mark is about 6 3/4 inches . This is the THIRD time my car has been keyed since I got it in 2009. Seriously... whats wrong with people? Maybe I should just take the exhaust and some other things off temporarily to stand out less? I need your opinions guys... Re-paint or leave it?

Do not repaint, that can be buffed, wet sanded out.

Park farther away so its more of an effort to get close to your car? Also looks for cameras to park in front of for the truly cautious

^ thats a good suggestion. Anything to make it less noticeable is good because I hate looking at it

That sux!! Last weekend I parked at a Club in Hollywood and this girl tried to squeeze between my car and a Maserati dragging her bag across the front fender of the car. She left about 3" mark. I felt so bad about the owner of the Maserati.

I don't really think people do it intentionally. No one goes like "Hey look a lexus, lets key it".

Ouch...I remember when my dad bought his ML brand new he got a whole side keyed from fender to back door -.- I absolutely LOATHE jealous people.

I would just leave it but if it bothers you just touch it up like the other said, the only downside coming from that is probably you messing it up and making it look uglier. I would wait for something more crucial and claim insurance further down the road and repaint the car?
