Never take someone's word for it on a CarFax, you need to actually see it in person...

GS is sexy... more mods than the IS lol

 

I had my 06 Base Model IS350 w/ 69k for sale for a while for $17000 and it was nice, more options and lower miles on this one but I'm sure you can find one a lot cheaper. Mods don't add value at all, dont even consider that when computing the value unless you wanted that intake or those wheels. Even then that value is just for you....

 

Even then don't trust the Carfax. My friend just traded his newer Evo with 7,000 miles, he had $24,000 in body work done to it and it had a squeaky clean carfax from the dealer he traded it into. Also a year had passed since the accident so it should of made it on there.

 

Go for a GS, ship this one for sureeee

Who knows at this point. I am looking into a 2007 GS with 30xxxk miles and extended factory warranty and all the bells and whistles for 27k out the door. Waiting on a few more pics to pull trigger. Little lady of the house cant figure out why I like the big body pf the GS. Nothing against the IS because this one I was looking at was perfect for me but after a few hic-cups and advice I here and I feel better steering clear of this one. I figure I can use the $$ saved from what he was asking and purchase the GS and some wheels for her.
