My coilover experience resulted in fail!!!
Just take it to a wheel shop. They'll take it off for no more then 10bucks. You'll have to buy another lock set, but the wheel shops sell lug nut locks for like 20 bucks and they come with a stronger key.
scattered through the thread the best advice i've seen is raise your coils to match the height of your springs, then drive it to your nearest dealer and tell them to take it off, have them order you a new lug key for free (breaking like that is kind of ridiculous).
i had the same thing happen to me but my key broke off in the lug. i ended up just going to sears and spending 30 bucks on an extractor kit and hammered it on the lug. took a bit of an effort but i got it off. fyi you'll need a new lug if you go this route as it completely trashes your lug.
Hey thanks for all your support. How I took the lugnut is hammering the key that broke off from the body to a rachet (ghetto style lol). Do you guys think lexus will give me a new key even though I purchase the kit from sewell? Here is some pictures of the drop. No fingergaps and I am not rubbing at all lol
? Cornering is way better than the f-sport springs but the quality of the ride turned into a honda civic but I love the stiff feeling! Dampening is 20 in the front and 25 in the back on hard. I was wondering if having stiffer suspension can break the springs when going over potholes? Also, I think the springs are to stiff so do I have to adjust the preload or the dampening setting? I had my suspension to 15 clicks and 17 clicks rear and it was still to stiff!

^ No, not really. Op, you may have to play with your dampening settings to see what's more comfortable. I've never seen a broken spring. They're made of strong steel. I'm way lower than you in the rear and it's something you have to get used to but I think my car still rides smooth for being slammed.
Thanks sffd103 for the insights. I was wondering if I would need to get an alignment. The car drives straight after the installing of coilovers. Should I still get an alignment done on the car?
out of curiosity, did you you reset the bushings?
