Yikes. Perhaps you should wrap your red wood trim in black vinyl first, then put the overlay over it. Having all those red parts stick out looks horrible.

Not sure if you should have installed it. I would have painted the wood black first. It's on there now!

Eep! That definitely does not fit very well. Pfdaxe's kit looks to have been a perfect fit...I wonder why yours is off. Did you send pictures to carid to show them how terribly the pieces fit?

yea i sent them an email and they asked me to send pics they said they will get back with me within three days. the lady that im talking to seems really helpful. they will probably replace the trim

I'll try and take some. I do have a manual transmission though, so I don't have the center piece. Just the ashtray in the center.

Has anyone tried the real brushed aluminum kit? Is it really "real" metal?
I would like to try this or the carbon only the center and the doors as its on IS-F by the factory.
How hard is to remove it if I don't like the result? Will it damage the original plastic? I have the OEM grey plastic trim and I don't like it much..
Would appreciate any feedback.
