Default should i get a 2011.....

soooo i leased my 2010 is250 back in July 2010. This was before the 2011's were out, but the more i see the 2011's the more i want one. I spoke with my buddy in sales at Lexus and i might be able to get out of my lease and into a 2011 with either no money or even a small down payment (small meaning like $1000), im basically trying to decide if i should go with the 2011 or jus spend the money making mine look like a 2011, i kno i can order the headlights, front bumper & rear tails from Sewell, but i think it will end up costing me more if i do it like that...hmmm, decisions

Do it! The 2011's look good with nice changes. Plus, you get a one year newer model....

If there are no additional charges with getting out of a lease, then there is no reason to not do this. A few of my buddies get that remorse feeling once they see the newer MY on the roads, except they usually purchase as opposed to lease. At least this way, you have an opportunity to get into something new. Hope you like the new IS, should you do it.

yea, im jus waiting to hear back from my dealer, i got my 2010 for a great deal prolly bcuz the 2011's were coming soon, so if they can get me a similar deal then i'll go for it, i said i may jus get it in silver again or possibly sgm....but i dont think im gonna get the f-sport, i'll jus stick with the regular is250rwd, i figure i go f-sport its gonna cost more than im looking to spend.

If no money or little, then I'd do it. Make sure you don't get charged for getting out of your lease. Good luck.

I agree with them. If it doesn't cost too much or doesn't cost anything, then go for it.

Might be a hassle to try to outfit your current 2010 IS to make it into a 2011 IS.

So far so good. My salesman called be back and they want me to come in for the 2011. But their still $50 off with the monthly payment I told them i wanted. So we'll see if they work it out and call me back. They also told me they have a TP IS250 but instead of the all black leather like i have now, its light gray but the dash & carpet is still black. Im not too sure if i'd like this.

I have a 2007 and I really like the new 2k11 with the fsport package mods...I would definitely still get the 250 for pricing because it you really want speed then if you can afford it..just get the F

im working with 2 diff. Lexus dealers, one wants me to do $1000 down and $405 monthly, the other only wants 1st month pmt and plate transfer fee which would make my total down about $400-$550 and then my monthly payments would be $430. But now im tryn to decide if i want to go with TP Silver or SGM....decisions decisions !
