I took mine in and the did the wrong recall to it. So I get to take it in again and get another free tank of gas. They replaced my master cylinder and changed my fluid by mistake...no harm done.

Got mine done last Friday. Car was washed and full tank of gas.

i want to do it on friday, but when i called at keyes lexus in van nuys they told that they'll give me a loaner. the loaner would be ENTERPRISE rental car..i was like huh?

Only thing I can think of is they are anticipating a busy day that Friday and can't garantee a Lexus loaner. Sometimes appointments for "off days" help out with the loaner situation. If you do end up with an Enterprise, it's usually a newer Camry SE for Lexus customers.

i actually called them tuesday for wednesday appointment, but i cancelled due to work...they told me that its going to be enterprise loaner, its not because it friday...i called lexus of glendale they told me u have to be 21 to get a loaner...i was...like ok...ill take it in on friday...

I got a a letter from lexus concerning "insufficient tightening of the fuel pressure sensor"
how long would this take?

I'm getting mine done Wednesday. I was told the fuel tightening recall is about a 4 hr job. Interesting...doesn't matter to me tho since im getting some TSB's and oil change done too and not dropping it off till evening so the cars gonna be there overnight anyways

Yeah, I got mine in the mail today but, the recall was performed a few weeks ago. Make sure you go in there with an empty tank. They should top it off for you. Well...mind did at least...

My sister got hers done this past weekend. She dropped it off at 10:30 and picked it up at 5:00. They gave her an RX350 loaner.

I just got mine last week. I'll wait until late spring and have both recalls done (value springs and this one) when I have Mobil 1 synthetic oil change.

Got mine done today, took them 3 hrs, got a rx450h as a loaner, free carwash and a full tank of gas.
