Is the diameter of your flat bottom wheel from the top to the bottom shorter then the OEM wheel?
Yes. More room for your legs.

Thanks Brociouz! Do you know what the diameter from top to bottom is by chance? I'd like to measure and compare to my stock. It may make it worth it for me to buy it since I like the steering wheel as low as possible and the front of my seat high so I don't slide up when coming to a hard stop yet my fat legs sometimes get lodged when I'm hoping out of the car. I don't have the electronic steering wheel like others do.

Brociouz, by chance do you know the distance in inches from the top to the bottom of the flat bottom steering wheel?

Also, does anyone know how this guy did his shifter like this

Yeah the white shifter is sweet. How's the quality on the flat bottomed steering wheels? I seriously need the extra inch of leg clearance when getting into and oout of the car.

You could take your shifter to a body shop and they could paint it for you.
