So a friend of mine is giving me a set of chrome rims and tires from an ES350, and I have an 07 IS 250 AWD. Would the rims fit my car? And the tires are 225/50/17, my car has 225/45/17 would that make a difference at all?

Go to this website. Plug in the 2 different sizes. You will find that it will affect your true speedometer reading. If that makes a difference to you.
