Default Spacer Question

If I were to put a 25 mm spacer on the rear...I understand that i have to swap the studs for longer ones..but if I were to take the spacer off would I have to have the studs switched back? or can I put the spacer back on and off when I want?

I'd suggest the bolt on spacers to save you the trouble from swapping studs back and forth. Ichiba V2 or Project Kics.

FYI, changing studs are not easy. Longer studs are prone to bending stress leading to failure.

IMO, stay away from spacers. There is a thread about damaged spacers.

I would go with the V2 spacers so you don't have to worry about it.

I have ichiba version 2 spacers and they are great. I would definitely recommend getting those for sure. :-)

Those are the least reliable kind of spacers - most prone to catastrophic failure.

You might want to see this thread before telling someone how great those spacers are.
